Company History
Recognizing the need for better structure and optimization within the gaming industry, industry pioneer John Park founded Fortiss, LLC in 2005. Mr. Park saw an opportunity to create a safer and more consistent environment, aiming to have a lasting impact on the industry’s direction. Fortiss was established to provide comprehensive advisory and consulting services that help clients streamline their gaming operations, leverage new industry opportunities, and maximize profitability. Offering a wide range of services, including recruiting, training programs, specialized accounting, and human resources consulting, Fortiss is dedicated to transforming the gaming landscape.
Seeing further opportunities, John Park moved from his first venture as founder of Network Management a Third Party Player Provider Services into the card room sector. Identifying that small cardrooms were facing operational and financial struggles, card rooms benefited from Fortiss’s commitment to high professional and ethical standards in recruitment and dealer training. To improve card room efficiencies, Fortiss expanded its services to include financial advisory, accounting, payroll, and legal consulting. By implementing innovative strategies, IT solutions, and enhanced marketing, Fortiss revived the card rooms, making them highly profitable and integral parts of Parkwest Casinos.

Today, John Park’s enterprises have evolved into a highly successful, diversified holding entity operating across multiple industries throughout California, employing over 2000 people. Fortiss continues to support Mr. Park’s drive for innovation and expansion, delivering a comprehensive range of integrated, professional, and ethical management consulting services. Currently, Fortiss provides consulting services to a variety of sectors, including card rooms, clothing companies, management firms, and educational institutions.
